  • Level 1 is designed to accommodate those with busy schedules and offers 12 hours of foundational training that can be taken at your own pace.
  • Level 2 is designed for those who have completed Level 1 training and who are interested in pursuing a Direct Care Associate certificate for their caregiving or career goals.
  • Level 3 is designed for direct care workers seeking to gain their Home and Direct Care Specialist certificate by expanding their skills in instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). No prerequisite required.
  • Level 4 is designed for direct care workers seeking to gain their Personal Direct Care Specialist certificate through hands-on practice. Some prerequisites are required.
